Login to Admin Area

The admin login address will end in admin/index.aspx.

Step 2... Logging In
If you have installed the software on your own server, then the first time anyone logs into your own HelpConnection.net software installation or our Admin Demo area, use the following...
Username: Admin
Password: Admin1
If you are using our hosted Hero Help Desk service, then the initial unique admin username and password will be emailed to you.
Notes:
:: Both username and password are case sensitive.
:: After the very first login, a unique username and password should be assigned for each agent.
