What's a trial version ?
The trial version is a fully functional copy of the HelpConnection Solution provided for you to test on your
server and in your environment.
The only limitation is that it will expire after 30 days.
After that it will simply stop working.
How do I get the trial version ?
1. Verify the server
requirements.
2. Fill out this form, then click the Send Request button.
3. We'll email a link and a trial license key within 48 hours (usually faster)
* We do not call, nor will your information be given out.
The phone number is used to identify a valid request.
The email address is used to send your link, license
key, and follow-up email only.

I have the trial set-up, can I upgrade to full version ?
Sure, all you need to do is purchase the full licence and you will be easily able to upgrade your files and data within
a few minutes. Even if your trial has already expired, that's all you need to do.
We manually review every request, but we will not approve the trial version for everyone.
Only one trial copy will be sent per company or per individual.
If your request is denied, a reason will be provided or additional information will be requested.
