Why do I need the orderID ?

The order ID is assigned to you at the time of purchase and ensures that we know about your license and product you have purchased.

Is this form secure ?

Yes, it is secure. All information provided here is encrypted and available only to authorized Help Connection staff. We take great care of sensitive information.

What happens when it's done ?

We email you with the URLs and login information. The request is kept for our records, however the sensitive information such as usernames and passwords are cleared and no longer available.

What if my server is not set up yet ?

We can't set-up your server for you nor can we debug problems with your IIS or SQL server. The installation will only be successfully done if the server is already working. In most cases the installation is done quickly and with no problems, within 48 hours.

What does the installation cost ?

The installation is included in your purchase price. However, it will count as a support issue.
