I've been using the demo for a few days in a live environment now, and I gotta say it works flawlessly. Very good solution for the money. Especially like how well the administration side is done; in mind with the real work place, starting with the email to ticket function to the multiple administration side user work flow.

I asked for assistance while trying to enhance the application and their support department was with me every step of the way. No if and's or buts. |

The product installation was extremely easy, it functioned just as it was advertised, and contained functionality that I am still discovering that WORKS!.
