It's true!  The popularity of SaaS (Software as a Service), and customer requests have prompted us to offer our software in a full-service lease option. We are calling this leased software solution, the Help Connection Quick Start Service Plan.

 

You can still purchase the HelpConnection Help Desk Solution outright, and you can still get a 30 day free trial if you have your own Windows hosting plan or server.  But now, there is also the option of renting the customer support solution. Once you're signed up, we'll take care of it for you.  You can even change the size of the plan at any time. (Start at 5 Agents, upgrade to 10 agents later, etc.)

 

Or, use the Quick Start Service Plan temporarily.  Get setup and extended support initially, then when you're ready, buy the solution outright and take over the existing hosting plan.  That way, you don't have to move or reinstall the software or database.
