Our standard license is for one single working installation of HelpConnection.NET only, and it's priced at a fixed rate.
This is a one-time purchase price (you don't have to pay us again next year etc.), and you can host the application on your own server
or hosted plan, without any recurring fees to us. You may later decide to purchase extended support, or add-on modules, but this is optional.

You can put this installation online, or on your intranet server, and you can link to it from as many other sites as you like.
It's entirely web based, so all you need is a connected browser to use the software.
There are no restrictions built into the program with regards to the number of clients, issues, categories, new items, etc.
The code is send in a compiled format where you can edit and change most of the visual side of the application. All the text is kept
in a language file, easily editable etiher by hand or by the free Language Editor tool.
The entire uncompiled source code is not included in any of these licenses, but is available for separate purchase.
There are a great many settings that can be made in the [ web.config ] file, and in the admin menu itself.
The look is also customizable without source code. Most license holders find this is enough; an additional source code purchase is rarely required.
This license allows only one permanent installation; you cannot resell the application or remove the copyright notices from the code.

If you need additional help, you may purchase a maintenance contract.
