Purchasing a Single Installation License
Our standard license is for one single working installation of HelpConnection.NET only, and it’s priced at a fixed rate.
This is a one-time purchase price (you don’t have to pay us again next year etc.), and you can host the application on your own server
or hosted plan, without any recurring fees to us. You may later decide to purchase extended support, or add-on modules, but this is optional.

You can put this installation online, or on your intranet server, and you can link to it from as many other sites as you like.
There are no restrictions built into the program with regards to the number of clients, agents, categories, new items, etc.
The code is mostly sent in compiled format with the exception of a few language, help texts, and other important files that
you may require access to for your own customizations. The entire uncompiled source code is not included in a standard license.
However, there are a great many settings that can be made in the [ web.config ] file, and in the admin menu itself.
Most of our users find this enough, but if you want to purchase the source code, it's available for an additional cost.
This license allows only one permanent installation; you cannot resell the application or remove the copyright notices from the code.

Free support for the HelpConnection.NET solution is limited a three month period after purchase and does not include support for customizations.
If you need additional help, you may purchase a maintenance contract.
