The current recurring fee (shown above) will be reflected in your invoice. The price at the time of your initial purchase will be guaranteed for a one-year term, or until you cancel your subscription, whichever happens first. After one year, we reserve the right to review and change the pricing schedule.
Before the 45 day trial is up, we will remind you of your pending expiry. During the trial, we will also send a weekly support email to check in with you, and offer set up advice.
If you choose to continue, you can login to the control panel that we provide for you, to arrange recurring payments. (Usually monthly, same day every month.)
Cancel anytime, and we will discontinue future recurring payments. Your support solution will expire on the day that the next payment would have been made.
Hint: Previous payments are not reimbursed, so try to arrange cancellation just before the next payment.
