The following is a brief version history of the HelpConnection.NET solution. This version overview includes major HC.NET releases only. If you need more information feel free to contact us at support@helpconnection.net.

	HC.NET Solution
2009-10-27 / 3.0.0.0: Major version upgrade. Read more.
2009-07-31 / 2.1.0.0: Minor version upgrade. Read more.
2009-03-27 / 2.0.0.0: Major version upgrade. Read more.
2009-01-28 / 1.8.3.4: Modification to a few procedures, correction of known problems.
2008-10-15 / 1.8.1: Improvements in the work-flow as well as an addition of a new agent side editor and a few new features.
2007-08-01 / 1.8: The development and testing has been successfully completed and the solution is offered for purchase on HelpConnection.net
2007-03-01 / RC2: The second stage of the development has been completed and the HC solution is being tested on public server and is ready for trial testing on selected server/users.
2006-04-02 / RC1: The first stage of the development has been completed and the HC solution is being tested online and in limited available on different servers.
2005-05-01 / 0.1: The development of the HC.NET from ground up on the .NET 2.0 platform. Prior to this stage we have been collecting user input and suggestion as to how the solution should function and look.

	Data Migration Tool (DMT)
2007-03-15 / 1.0: The successful development and testing of the data migration tool has been completed and the tool is available for download on the HelpConnection.net web site.

	HC Language File Editor (LFE)
2006-04-10 / 1.0: The successful development and testing of the Language file editor for the HC.NET solution has been completed. This tool is available for download on HelpConnection.net web site.
