In our purchased HelpConnection option, there is only the one-time-only purchase price of $800, and you host it yourself.  After that you don't have to pay us anything.  (Though you can if you want!  ;)

 

This price includes a permanent license for the version that you purchased, plus support and any new releases within 3 months of your purchase.

We don't think it makes much sense to be charged for the number of issues and clients...  or even for the number of support agents and assets.

 

 

The solution should grow with your business, and not take away from it.

 

 

Most people find the installation very simple. In fact there is even an automated installation utility for those who can write enable the application folder, and name the database as HC_Solution.  

The installation process is described in detail in both the Manual Installation Guide and the Automated Installation Guide which come with both the trial and purchased downloads. (Look in the _Guides_ folder.)

Or, if you prefer, you can request the HelpConnection.NET team to do the installation for you. We will need temporary FTP access and remote access to your SQL database in order to do this.

It will allow you to download the package and have it installed on your own server in your own environment.

The trial version will automatically expire after 30 days, at that time if you wish to continue using it, you will need to purchase a license and update the web.config file with a new license key that will allow you to use the solution.
