Are there any monthly fees in addition to the price of the HC solution ?

Solution:

No, there is only the one-time-only purchase price. After that you don't have to pay us anything.

We don't think it makes much sense to be charged for the number of issues or agent s or even clients. The solution should grow with your business and not take away from it.

INSTALLATION / INSTALL GUIDE

How difficult is installation? Is there a guide for this?

Solution:

Most people find the installation very simple. In fact there is even an automated installation utility for those who can write enable the application folder.

The installation process is described in detail in both the Manual Installation Guide and the Automated Installation Guide.

Or, if you prefer, you can request the HelpConnection.NET team to do the installation for you. We will need temporary FTP access and remote access to your SQL database in order to do this.

This offer only applies to paid HC.NET purchases, and not to Free Trial installations. (Sorry, but we don't live on air alone...we actually do have to pay the bills, and good labour isn't cheap!) ;)

TRIAL OR DEMO VERSION

Is there a trial version available so we can try this solution on our own server ?

Solution:

We do have a 30 day free trial download available from this location:
http://www.helpconnection.net/tools/trial/request.aspx

It will allow you to download the package and have it installed on your own server in your own environment.

The trial version will automatically expire after 30 days, at that time if you wish to continue using it, you will need to purchase a license and update the web.config file with a new license key that will allow you to use the solution.
