The following is a quick comparison of our HC.NET solution to ASP 3.0 Expinion.net Help Desk solution
available at Expinion.net web site. The overview lists the most important information only, and the main differences between the features only.
Both applications are considered to be full-featured Help Desk software applications. For example, both have the ability to track tickets, an advanced knowledgebase, email notifications, answer templates, contacts book, task manager, an advanced text editor, etc., etc. But because there are literally hundreds of features in each, those that are shared are not shown here.
