You can still buy the HelpConnection.NET software license outright. However, we also offer a remotely hosted plan for your convenience. It's called the Quick Start Service Plan, and the pricing is described in the chart below.

The current recurring fee (shown above) will be reflected in your invoice. The price at the time of your initial purchase will be guaranteed for a one-year term, or until you cancel your subscription, whichever happens first. After one year, we reserve the right to review and change the pricing schedule.

The set up fee is non-refundable.
Note: You will be agreeing to monthly recurring charges that will continue to take place until 7 days (notice period) after you cancel your account.
Based on the payment and stated agreement to our terms & conditions and those of the host, we will arrange hosting and install the software.
We'll send URLs to your own working installation and the guides. And, you can begin using the solution.
We'll process your recurring fees, until you cancel.
